The Brief

Dr. Hillary Taggart came to us with a thriving practice and a stellar reputation in aesthetic medicine—but a brand that didn’t quite reflect the warmth, care, and polish she delivers in every treatment. She wanted to reposition her practice to highlight not only her medical expertise, but the calm, confident experience she creates for her clients. The goal? A brand that felt refined but approachable, clinical but never cold.

She wanted to speak directly to modern women looking for subtle, high-touch aesthetic care—and to lay the groundwork for future expansions: a luxe skincare line, elevated service offerings, and maybe even her dream med spa space.

The Process

We started by dialing into Hillary’s brand personality: Empowered Beauty. Think: professional without being pretentious, confident without being clinical. Our creative direction leaned into softness—creamy textures, dewy skin, organic shapes—balanced with editorial typography and a sophisticated palette of sage, stone, and warm neutrals.

We explored how her brand could show up in different moments: the waiting room, the Instagram grid, the product shelf. From logo and visual identity to social templates and product mockups, every element was designed to feel elevated and effortless.
